Individual Therapy:
Collaborative and goal-oriented treatment designed together with the client to support the individual to meet their specific needs and goals. Individual therapy is available to children, adolescents, and adults.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (C.P.T.):
A 12 session therapy program specifically designed to address Depression and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (P.T.S.D.) experienced by trauma survivors. The treatment systematically builds the client's skills to deal first with the trauma and then with the effects of the trauma in other areas of the person’s life. An initial assessment is required prior to therapy to evaluate eligibility.

Group Therapy:
Processing issues in a group setting can lessen feelings of isolation and shame, build new skills for coping, increase one’s support network, and help one develop better understanding of their emotional reactions to experiences. Therapy groups offered include child survivors of sexual abuse/assault, facilitating attachment for care givers and their little ones, understanding trauma, growing beyond survival, and domestic violence. Therapy groups available based on demand and the number of participants is are limited.

Consultation:
Individual consultation is available to professional clinicians who would like to deepen their skills and understanding of trauma, and related issues to specific cases and impact on the clinicians themselves.

Supervision:
Individual and group supervision with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is available to new clinicians working towards their licensing requirements.
